Lighter Than You Think Meatloaf

When I think of comfort food, meatloaf and mashed potatoes are high on my list. Over the years, I've replaced ground beef with ground turkey in most of my recipes but not in my meatloaf. Now that we're trying to eat better, I purchase much leaner cuts of meat. This meat loaf is made with 96% lean ground beef which can be extremely dry. Adding the oats and milk gives moisture to the loaf and makes a great tender texture. Using lean ground beef drastically reduces the fat in this recipe while the oats add whole grains and a little fiberIngredients
