Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 5 lemons
  • Sparkling water or seltzer
  1. Bring water to a boil in a small sauce pan or in the microwave. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Let cool completely.
  2. Juice lemons and set aside.
  3. Put raspberries in a food processor and blend into a puree. Pour raspberries into a mess strainer and strain out the seeds.
  4. Combine lemon juice, raspberry puree, and simple syrup.
  5. When ready to serve, add raspberry mixture to glass and add sparkling water to taste.
  6. This would also work with a splash of vodka. Enjoy.
