Sparkling Raspberry Lemonade
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 5 lemons
- Sparkling water or seltzer
- Bring water to a boil in a small sauce pan or in the microwave. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Let cool completely.
- Juice lemons and set aside.
- Put raspberries in a food processor and blend into a puree. Pour raspberries into a mess strainer and strain out the seeds.
- Combine lemon juice, raspberry puree, and simple syrup.
- When ready to serve, add raspberry mixture to glass and add sparkling water to taste.
- This would also work with a splash of vodka. Enjoy.
